DW Windsor appoints OptiLum Licht & Consultancy as new Dutch partner

Based in IJsselstein, the consultancy offers expert guidance to a wide range of stakeholders, including municipalities, architects, consultants, and contractors, on on the development and implementation of public and exterior lighting projects.
